Quick Tach
Quick-Tach connects directly to the end of the boom for a safe and strong connection. Removal of the forks and carriage system saves 700 to 1,000 lbs, enabling the telehandler to lift heavier loads.- Attaches directly to end of boom by means of telehandler quick-tach
- Available for most forklifts

Slip-on-forks
Designed for 48" forks
The universal, slip-on-the-fork model can be used with any make and model of extendable-reach forklift that is equipped with standard 48” long forks. The bucket slides on to the forks and secured with pins behind the heel. Because the forks and carriage remain on the forklift, there’s less chance of damage or loss to the forks. This design features a deeper bucket, making transport of irregular shaped loads easier.- Accepts forks up to 7" wide x 2 ½" thick x 48" long
- Positive locking system keeps bucket secured to forks
- Chain & Grab Hook wraps around carriage as a secondary safety measure
- Bucket approx. 51" deep

A Star Forklift Bucket Attachment Makes Moving Loads Around the Jobsite Easy
forklift bucket, bucket forklift, bucket forklift
The forklift bucket attachment is one of the hardest-working tools on-site—for good reason! This affordable attachment makes it easy to transform your forklift into a loader and place materials in otherwise hard-to-reach places, such as elevated positions and behind walls.
What Is a Forklift Bucket Attachment?
A forklift bucket is a specialized attachment designed to be mounted on the forks of a forklift. It transforms the forklift into a multi-functional machine capable of handling various materials, from loose debris to bulk goods. The bucket is typically made of durable steel or other high-strength materials, ensuring it can withstand heavy use in demanding environments.
These attachments come in various sizes and designs, including standard, high-capacity, and even tilting buckets for dumping materials. They are compatible with most forklift models and can be easily attached or removed as needed, making them a versatile addition to any operation.
Forklift Buckets are Available in Quik-Tach and Slip-On-The-Forks
Quick-Tach forklift buckets securely attach directly to the end of the boom, ensuring a safe and robust connection. By eliminating the need for the forks and carriage system, these buckets reduce the overall weight by 700 to 1,000 lbs, allowing the machine to handle heavier loads easily.
The universal slip-on-the-fork model is compatible with any brand or extendable-reach forklift model with standard 48-inch forks. It easily slides onto the forks and is securely fastened with pins behind the fork heels. The risk of damage or loss is minimized since the forks and carriage stay attached to the forklift. The bucket’s deeper design also allows for easier transport of irregularly shaped loads.
Key Features of Bucket Forklift Attachments
Durable Construction: These attachments are made from heavy-duty stee that resists wear and tear, ensuring a long service life. They are built to withstand harsh conditions.
Easy Installation: Most bucket attachments are designed for quick and secure mounting, allowing operators to switch between tasks without downtime.
Adjustable Capacity: Available in various sizes and capacities, these attachments can handle loads ranging from small debris to large volumes of material.
Safety Features: Many bucket attachments include enhancements such as reinforced edges, secure locking mechanisms, and weight distribution systems to prevent accidents.
Benefits of Using a Forklift Bucket Attachment
Designed for extendable-reach forklifts, this attachment makes it easy to place materials in hard-to-reach places like elevated positions and behind high walls. Other benefits include:
Increased Versatility: With a bucket attachment, a forklift can perform tasks beyond lifting and moving pallets. It can scoop, carry, and dump materials, making it ideal for agriculture, construction, and waste management industries.
Improved Efficiency: A bucket streamlines operations by eliminating the need for additional equipment, such as loaders or shovels. Workers can complete tasks faster, reducing labor costs and boosting productivity.
Cost Savings: Investing in this type of attachment is more economical than purchasing separate machinery for specific tasks. It maximizes the utility of your existing forklift, saving both money and storage space.
Enhanced Safety: Handling loose or bulky materials manually can be hazardous. A forklift bucket allows operators to manage these materials from the safety of the forklift cab, reducing the risk of injuries.
Applications of Forklift Bucket Attachments
These attachments are incredibly versatile and can be used across various industries. Here are some typical applications:
Construction Sites: This machine quickly moves and distributes materials like gravel, sand, or debris.
Agriculture: Handle bulk goods such as feed, grain, or fertilizer efficiently. The bucket attachment simplifies the process of loading and unloading materials.
Waste Management: Scoop and transport waste materials, reducing the need for manual labor and improving overall efficiency.
Landscaping: Move soil, mulch, or rocks precisely, making it easier to complete landscaping projects.
Choosing the Right Forklift Bucket Attachment
When selecting a bucket attachment for your forklift, consider the following factors:
- Load Capacity: Ensure the attachment can handle the weight and volume of materials you typically work with.
- Compatibility: Verify that the attachment is compatible with your forklift model.
- Durability: Look for high-quality materials and construction to ensure longevity.
- Features: Decide if you need additional features like tilting or reinforced edges based on your specific needs.
